The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Eg Gÿtge Ewch is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of crampt split-log ties streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Eg Gÿtge Ewch was attacked by savage tribes living nearby Eg Gÿtge Ewch. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Eg Gÿtge Ewch lost 235 people, 287 livestock, and 22 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 86, when members of Eg Gÿtge Ewch's militia enacted an operation to patrol a specific area to dissuade the enemy from their current activities. The operation was complicated by at least some of the intelligence related to the operation was incorrect. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in a stalemate for Eg Gÿtge Ewch's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Eg Gÿtge Ewch's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
